Jamaica is the largest english speaking caribbean island that offers plenty of fun tourist attractions. Here are some of the best places to visit during your travel to Jamaica.

  • Dunn’s River Falls

Dunn’s River Falls is perhaps the most famous tourist attraction located in the city of Ocho Rios. You will have fun climbing the 600 feet cascading waterfalls. Don’t worry, the climb is pretty easy to do. You can even take breaks along the way by relaxing in several mountain carved pools and let the water rush down your back.

  • Dolphin Cove

Right next to Dunn’s River Falls is the family-friendly Dolphin Cove. You can enjoy swimming with the dolphins or participate in shallow water touch sessions. If you are feeling adventurous you can do the foot push, where a dolphin use its nose to push your feet and launch you into the air.

  • Kool Runnings Water Park

This water park located in Negril is a top destination for families and all those who are a kid at heart. The park offers several water slides, a kids area with pool and fun water rides, and a non-aquatic section featuring a tight rope trampoline and go-kart track.

  • Blue Mountain

Blue Mountain is the longest and highest mountain range in Jamaica. There is a seven mile hike to the peak of the mountain that has an altitude of 3000 feet. The best time to visit is between December and April before the rainy season begins. Blue Mountain offers hundreds of plant, flower and bird species, and is world famous for it’s coffee.

  • Doctor’s Cave Bathing Club

Montego Bay is home to the popular Doctor’s Cave Beach and Bathing Club. The waters maintain a consistent temperature of 80 degrees fahrenheit making is very comfortable and soothing. Doctor’s Cave is best known for snorkeling where you can enjoy the vibrant colorful fishes along the coral reef.
